Eco Animal Bedding is an environmentally friendly alternative to the traditional wood shavings and straw usually used for animal bedding. It is economical and simple to use.

Eco Animal Bedding is 100% recycled, high quality, dust free cardboard and paper that has been processed into cardboard chips or paper strips. It is a healthy, clean bedding - free from seeds, fungal spores and toxins, reducing the chance of infections and secondary infections after surgery. It is recommended for animals with respiratory problems making it an ideal substitution for animals that suffer allergies or horses with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It is also ideal for equestrian, agricultural, game, livestock and poultry rearing industries.

The corrugation in the cardboard enables it to hold up to three times its weight in water and provides channels for fluids to flow through to the floor allowing absorption from the bottom up - greatly reducing ammonia levels and creating a virtually odour free environment.

The corrugation also provides outstanding thermal insulation qualities enabling animals to keep warm and dry.

In today's world of reduce, reuse, recycle, Eco Animal Bedding is completely bio-degradable. The used bedding can be applied direct to land and gardens as an excellent soil fertiliser and compost.
